The overall health and well-being of our patients is our number 1 priority and is the reason why we go to great lengths to make chiropractic care convenient and affordable for all. Premier Family Wellness believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a fee structure that allows care for all budgets. We accept, cash, credit card, check, Flex Spending or Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s), as well as auto accident and workers compensation cases. We offer multiple payment plans that are both affordable and convenient without the hassles of insurance billing, copays, deductibles, or declined reimbursements. For patients who don’t have insurance or no chiropractic coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Most patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.

To learn more about what your insurance company may contribute for your care, call them directly and ask for chiropractic benefits. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before relief care, at no charge. The only insurance we accept is Medicare, Medicare secondaries and Medicare replacement plans. We are out of network with most other insurance companies. If you wish, we can supply you with forms to submit to your insurance company that allow you to meet your deductible or any out of network benefits you may have. We will not bill them directly. We accept auto accident, workers compensation, and personal injury cases. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers any services in our office.

Few policies pay for things that help keep us healthy. For example: Many policies will pay for expensive back surgeries, but won’t pay for a program of ongoing chiropractic care that costs less, and could actually help prevent back surgeries. Some policies will help you with your chiropractic care when you have an obvious ache or pain, but cut off benefits before the muscles and ligaments that support your spine can fully heal, predisposing you to a relapse. The insurance system is all about managing your symptoms, not improving your health.



Consider this. Every day we drink bottled water, take vitamins and other nutritional supplements. Millions of us do. We believe it’s healthier for us and supports our overall health and well-being. Do HMOs and insurance companies pay for vitamins and bottled water? It’s clear that insurance companies don’t “get” the value of vitamins, bottled water, exercise equipment, health club memberships, chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy and countless other strategies we use to enhance our health and vitality.
